Beginning Friday, April 16th, we will begin the final conversion process of Peoples Bank into Whitaker Bank. To ensure a smooth transition, all of our Peoples Bank of Madison County account numbers, ATM, debit and credit card numbers will remain the same with no action required on your part. Some updates to your online products are necessary as we enhance our services.

Peoples Bank has been owned by the Whitaker Family since 1978. In an effort to expand service availability, Peoples Bank will become branches of Whitaker Bank on December 1, 2020. This change will allow our customers to access full service banking at all 36 Whitaker Bank and 9 Peoples Bank locations.
